Service is great and all staff are very friendly. Food was very good. I have been here 3 times and each time the food is very good. I get the Chimichonga and its cooked just right the chicken is very tender. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants very good Mexican food.

This quite possibly was the worst thing I've ever eaten. Chips were fried in old oil, salsa tasted like ketchup. Not a great start. I had enchiladas, my girlfriend had an enchilada and tamale. My enchiladas were cold. Cheese tasted off and wasn't even melted. Enchilada sauce also tasted like ketchup. Took three bites and felt like I'd be ill. Worse than high school cafeteria food. Service was also atrocious. Unfriendly, got our drink orders wrong. Only good thing was they didn't make us pay for the food we only took a couple bites of. Stay far far away.

Definitely some of the best Mexican food I have had. The building is really nice and clean and the service is great. Didn't get to try the desserts but they looked delicious. Really good prices on lunch specials.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! They sat me and served chips and salsa immediately. The chips were warm and crunchy, the salsa was plentiful and the perfect spicyness. I ordered the house marg which was strong but made with a mediocre mix. However then I ordered my main dish, the Enchiladas Supremas which comes with four; one shredded chicken, one ground beef, one refried bean, and one cheese. The chicken one was smothered with a green sauce and the others were with a red sauce and then all topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, and cheese. DELICIOUS! The staff was friendly and they didn't hover even though it was a slow night. The location isn't the best, it's in the back of a strip mall by a WalMart and the interior is very generic but the great food, prices and staff make up for it! I would definitely recommend this place!

They offer a deal if you text them. My wife has tried 3 times to get off their text spam unsuccessfully. Food is terrible and we will never go back. The text harassment is over the top.

This is my go-to mexican restaurant in Fort Collins. It is tucked away in a small shopping center, but don't let the location deter you. The pork carnitas are absolutely amazing. Fresh corn tortillas, flavorful pork, onions, cilantro and a warm tomatillo sauce that is to die for. Their fajitas are great, as well. The service is fantastic and they will accommodate any request, happily. Just try this place once, you will be hooked!

I had the fajita burrito. I could taste the fresh lean meat, onions and peppers. I have had their food in Loveland as well and both locations are great. I've rated four stars only because I didn't prefer the cream sauce that came with my burrito. Even though the sauce was very good.... Just not my first choice. I will return and revise my review accordingly.

The food is darn good. The salsa is dark and spicy. I've been back several times now. The decor is nice but, well, a bit minimal. Mostly it just needs a new ceiling, and that's a pretty expensive change for rental property.

Amazing food and the wait staff was friendly and prompt. Coming from New Mexico where I grew up, it's hard to find a good Mexican food restaurant, but I found my new go to! I won't mind driving a few miles out of my way to get here. It is worth it! Try the house margaritas, they are great!

This is our go to Mexican restaurant. Always a quick greeting. First notice is how clean the place is. Once seated the staff are quick to provide fresh warm chips and good salsa with a little zip and a nice fresh taste. The margaritas aren't the best but will wash the chips down. The selection of food is good and always fresh and presented well. The quantity of food is not overwhelming and is priced accordingly. We enjoy eating here. You should as well. Give it a try

I am not sure how this place is rated so highly. The food is incredibly bland and is far from authentic. They put runny cheese sauce in their chile relleno, rather than actual cheese, and their refried beans hardly have any flavor at all. The service is incredibly slow, though the food comes out fast.

Yes, this place was pretty decent. We actually weren't planning on coming here -- we were planning on heading to another Mexican restaurant, except it was closed! So their loss. We really loved the food. I ate only half of mine -- not because I couldn't finish it -- because I really need to watch my portions!! So I will have some delicious lunch tomorrow :) We will be back for sure.

Great food, good atmosphere, and absolutely fantastic prices! We have passed this place by for some time now... huge mistake! This place is perfect! The food is just what we need more of in Fort Collins, and the service was tip top as well! Will definitely be returning to this one!

Went today with some friends and my fiancé at lunchtime and everything was great. The prices were good. The service was friendly. The food was delicious. I ordered a beef chimichanga which taste great. The chips and salsa were also good.

I've been coming here since they opened this location in Fort Collins. Prior to that, I drove to Loveland occasionally just to eat at their location there. This is a family run business with good consistent food, cheap beer, and always very friendly service.

This modest restaurant serves the real deal .... it also has what almost every other Mexican restaurant around lacks: FLAVOR! Price point is very good, and the lovely staff are quite welcoming. Muy delicioso!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
